     These kits are designed from a detail accurate study of the actual deck. Everything is included for a professional replacement. We first get a deck, then tear it apart. We then measure and specify the exact replacement belts required. Using a CAD software package we draw detailed, written, pictorials and/or instructions as we tear apart the deck. We purchase the belts, or have them custom made to original specs. Then only after a successful installation of the new belts and a 24 hour run we release a kit. We just released another Pioneer kit (CT-W403) One from Sony soon.

    No matter what others tell you the original belts do not exist as new. Except for the RT-909, but the OEM wants about $30 for it. In fact the new replacement belts are made with new technologies, and are designed to beat the OEM belts in performance and longevity. These kits are designed to aid the do it yourself people. We designed these kits keeping minimum tools and experience in mind!
